We have 3 levels in our infant classes.
Our infant classes are an introduction into an aquatic environment for our young swimmers with the aim being to gradually attain skills and competence in the water with fun activities appropriate to each stage of development.
A parent must be in the water with their child in our infant classes. Parents play a key role in the development of our young swimmers at this early stage. You are there to provide support and security for your child and enhance their confidence in the water.
Our preschool classes focus around developing independence in the water. Swimmers will develop basic stroke principles on their front and back and will begin to swim unaided for short distances.
This stage is a crucial part of your child’s development. Swimmers will be taught how to correctly, float, tread water and recover to safety independently in these classes.
Our school age swimming program consists of 4 levels. All swimmers at this level will focus on 4 key aspects of swimming development:
Along with these 4 key principles of learning to swim, swimmers will learn water awareness and water safety procedures.
